During our initial sessions, we'll discover what your goals are. We will then set goals and create a sustainable lifestyle that is tailored to your unique body. Through these new habits and mindset shifts, you'll create long lasting behavior changes.

Health Coaching

- 1, 3, or 6 month Packages to chose from or available on hourly basis. Packages include:
-Weekly 1:1 Health Coaching session
- Recipes
- Books, PDF's, other
reading resources
- Motivational tools, tips, and support, along your journey
- Text and email support in between face to face sessions
- Pantry & fridge "makeover"

*Weekly face to face sessions can be done via computer or if local, can be done in person.


Individual (without Health Coaching) Yoga classes
They can be included with your Health Coaching package.

At this time, Yoga sessions can be done in person at an outdoor location (weather permitting) or online via zoom, Skype, etc.
